本科就读复旦大学汉语言文学专业、复旦大学优秀毕业生，硕士就读复旦大学比较文学专业中外文学关系方向、复旦优秀研究生共产党员，博士就读伦敦大学皇家霍洛维学院英语系，获伦敦大学托马斯霍洛威和英国政府ORS奖学金，英国维多利亚学会会员。现任上海外国语大学英语学院副教授、上海外国语大学英国研究中心研究人员、上外图书馆英美文学特聘学科馆员、上海市晨光学者、上海市浦江学者、中国比较文学学会会员、中国社会科学院欧洲研究所英国研究分会会员、中国英国史研究会会员、上海欧洲学会会员。
研究兴趣：中英文学关系、中英文化关系、英国社会思潮、英国文化政策

Dr QiChen is an associate professor of English at SISU. He obtained his MA inComparative Literature from Fudan University and PHD in English from RoyalHolloway University of London with ORS and Thomas Holloway Scholarship. Hereceived the honourable title of ‘Pu Jiang Scholar’ from the EducationFoundation of Shanghai government. He has a membership in the ChineseAssociation of British History, the Association of European Studies at ChineseAcademy of Social Sciences, and the Shanghai Association of InternationalStudies. His research interest covers British cultural policy, creativeindustries, and Sino-British cultural relationship. He is currently doing aproject on ‘British national image and soft power construction in thepostcolonial context’.
